Terms of Service
Welcome to Prime Tanki. These are the house rules for the game, our websites and our community. They are short, so please give them a read. By creating an account, playing or getting a PT pack, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and EULA.
Who can play
You need to be 16 or older. If you are under 18, please read these rules with a parent or guardian, and ask them before you get a PT pack.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Accounts, nicknames and clans can't be sold, bought, shared or given away.
- Nicknames, clan names and tags are part of the game. Using one first doesn't make it yours forever: we may change or free one that breaks the rules, sits unused, or when the game needs it.
- One player may have up to 3 accounts. While Prime Tanki is young we may change this number. Accounts over the limit, or made only to hold nicknames, may be blocked and their nicknames freed.
- A reserved nickname has to be confirmed by email and claimed in time, or it goes back to everyone.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time. Once it is deleted, it is gone for good.
Prime Tokens and items
Crystals, Prime Tokens (PT), Premium and every other in-game item are for playing Prime Tanki. They only have value inside the game: they can't be sold, traded or cashed out. Items may change as the game grows and gets rebalanced.
Supporting Prime Tanki
- You can support the game by getting a PT pack. The price is shown before you confirm.
- Only use a card or account that is yours, or one you have permission to use. Under 18? Ask a parent first.
- Your PT lands on your game account straight away, so a pack can't be cancelled after that.
- Packs are final, so please check before you confirm. Spent PT, bans and a change of mind aren't refunded.
- Something went wrong? If your PT never arrived or you were charged twice, open a ticket on our support site within 30 days and we will sort it out.
- A charge you don't recognise? Tell us on the support site first. If someone used a card without permission, we take back the unused PT and close the account that received it.
- Please come to us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a charge is reversed, its PT is removed (even if that takes the balance below zero) and the account may be suspended. We keep a record of each pack, when it arrived and how it was used, and share it with the bank if a charge is disputed.
Play fair
Prime Tanki is only fun when everyone plays the same game. So please don't:
- cheat, or use bots, hacks, scripts, macros, or modified game files or clients;
- use bugs or exploits (report them to us instead);
- boost, power level or push points, fix battles, farm kills or flags, or sit idle for rewards;
- move crystals or items between accounts;
- use extra accounts to get an advantage, or to get around a mute or a ban;
- share your account, play on someone else's, or trade accounts or items outside the game.
Be decent
Friendly trash talk is part of the game. Being nasty isn't. Please don't:
- insult, harass, threaten or bully anyone;
- use slurs, or go after anyone for their race, nationality, religion, gender, sexuality or disability;
- post sexual, hateful or illegal stuff;
- spam, scam or advertise;
- pretend to be staff or another player;
- share anyone's private or personal information.
Helping someone break a rule counts as breaking it. And if something clearly hurts the game or its players, it's against the rules even if it isn't on this list.
If a rule is broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may warn, mute, suspend or ban the account and accounts linked to it, reset progress, crystals, items or stats gained unfairly, or remove battle results, rewards and tournament places.
A banned account loses what is on it, including its PT, and nothing is refunded or moved to another account. Chat isn't private: our team may read it to keep the game fair.
Think we got it wrong? Open a ticket on our support site within 6 months and a person will take another look.
Creators
Our creator program and its app, Prime Tanki Creators (creator.playprimetanki.com), are covered by these rules too, along with the creator terms. In short:
- Creator rewards are in-game rewards.
- Only real players count. Fake, self-made or bought referrals are removed, together with their rewards.
- Let your viewers know you get rewards from us (on TikTok, use the branded content setting).
- If you connect your TikTok account, follow TikTok's own rules too.
- Creator links, codes, tiers and rewards may change, and we may remove a creator from the program.
Helpers and staff
Everyone on our team helps out as a volunteer, because they love the game. Helper roles are unpaid. Now and then we may say thanks with an in-game gift, but that's a gift, never a wage. Please keep what you see in the role private, during and after it. A role can be removed at any time.
Things you share with us
When you send us ideas, bug reports, art, maps, skins, sounds, translations, code or anything else for the game, you let us use, change and share it in Prime Tanki for free, forever, without having to credit you. That way a great idea can make it into the game without any back and forth.
Videos and streams
You are welcome to stream and post videos of Prime Tanki. Just don't present them as official, and don't show cheats or leaks. These rules apply on our Discord, forum and other channels too.
Our game
The Prime Tanki game, website, name, logo, art and code are ours. Please don't copy them.
The honest bit
Prime Tanki is a passion project that keeps changing. We work hard to keep it running, but servers can go down, bugs happen, and sometimes progress or items get rolled back. We will always try to fix things, but we can't promise the game will always be online or stay the same, and we aren't responsible for losses that come from playing or not being able to play.
Changes
The game and these rules will change over time. When we make a big change to these rules, we will post it on the website or in the game. Playing after that means you are fine with the new version. We may close an account that breaks these rules.
