Privacy Policy
This page explains what we collect when you play Prime Tanki or use our websites, and why. The short version: we only keep what we need to run the game and keep it fair, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address and nickname.
- Your game: progress, items, battles, chat messages, reports and bans.
- Technical info: your IP address, device and browser details, and game logs.
- PT packs: which pack you got and when. Card details never reach us, so we never see your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us on the support site, Discord or the forum.
- Discord, if you connect it: your Discord ID, username and avatar.
What we use it for
- Running the game, your account and our websites.
- Emails about your account and nickname, and game news. You can turn the news off at any time.
- Keeping the game fair: catching cheating, fraud and abuse. Some anti-cheat checks are automatic. If one bans you and you think it's wrong, open a ticket and a person will look at it.
- Signing you in with Discord and giving you the Linked role on our Discord server, if you connect it.
- Sorting out problems with PT packs, and bank disputes.
- Making Prime Tanki better.
Who sees it
- We never sell your data.
- A few services help us run Prime Tanki (hosting, security, email and checkout). They only use your data to do that job for us.
- Other players see your nickname, rank, stats and chat messages.
- If you fill in your esports profile, what you add there (such as your age, country and Discord name) is shown on it. You can change or clear it at any time.
- Our team may read chat and reports to keep the game fair.
- If a charge is disputed with a bank, we share that pack's records with the bank and the checkout handling it.
- If the law requires it, or if Prime Tanki ever changes hands.
Prime Tanki Creators, TikTok and YouTube
Prime Tanki Creators is our creator program app at creator.playprimetanki.com. Its own privacy page has the details. In short:
- TikTok: if you connect your TikTok account, we receive your TikTok ID, display name and avatar, and your public videos with their view counts. We use this only to show your Prime Tanki video stats on your creator dashboard and the creator leaderboard. We never post for you and never share it. Disconnect at any time from your dashboard and we delete your TikTok login, your channel link and the video stats we saved.
- YouTube: if you add your YouTube channel, we read its public details and your public videos' view counts through the YouTube API Services, for the same stats. YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy apply to that part. Ask us on the support site to remove your channel and its stats.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete its data, apart from what we need to keep for PT packs and bans. Records of PT packs are kept for 2 years.
Cookies
No advertising or tracking cookies. Our websites only store what they need to work, like your language and your login. We count visits with a simple counter that uses no cookies, and some forms have a quick check to keep bots out.
Your choices
You can ask to see, fix or delete your data, or stop our news emails, at any time. Just open a ticket on our support site.
Children
Prime Tanki is for players aged 16 and older. Under 18? Please check with a parent before you sign up. If you think someone under 16 has an account, tell us and we will remove it.
Changes
We may update this page now and then. The latest version is always right here.
